I purchased a little bit larger but they are true to size but they are a little long in the back so definitely high waist skirt

Super cute and I really like the material. I purchased these for traveling and I think they'll work out perfectly. This design is breezy and I appreciate the shorts beneath because my thighs "talk to each other" and I'm hoping thee shorts will prevent chaffing.
